This is Sei Tominaga from the manga Kaze Hikaru. This is the 12 inch “Tiny” size which is the standard size I usually go with the most.
Plushies are $25 (base) each, unless I have to special order something or they have extra charges attached and then I will let you know before I take the commission. This one has two extra charges attached to this specific design which brings her price up to $27 but that detail can be changed.
