This is Ryuki Shi from the anime Story of Saiunkoku (Saiunkoku Monogatari).

Plushies stand just under 12 inches tall and will have synthetic hair and felt clothing.

This plushie is $28 (base) each, unless I have to special order something and then I will let you know before I take the commission.

This plushie carries an Extra Charge for the crown and an Extra Charge for the three layers of clothes and an Extra Charge for the hair since I dye it myself. But you can ask for the casual clothes and hair style instead of the formal clothes and hair style, though the Extra Charge for the hair itself can not be taken off.
