This is Inu Yasha Emmanuel from the fanfiction "Hikari" by InuGrrrl. The fanart this plushie is modeled after is by Ilsa on Deviantart.

This exact and specific design is NOT available for commissioning *but* you can commission an Inu Yasha (or any other character) with wings as long as he is not wearing these clothes or looks just like this one.
